Every day the image in front of the Acropolis is the same. Hundreds of tourists from all over the world make a queue and wait patiently under the hot sun to see and admire the famous monument.
Most of the tourists try to protect themselves from the sun wearing hats, sunglasses s and light-colored clothes. But there, we met a Muslim from England who wore a black bourgeoisie. The woman told us she is not warm because her body and her face are not exposed to the sun
In the queue I met small children from Greece who interviewed tourists to practice the foreign languages they learn. The children asked the tourists what is their opinion was about the return of the sculptures of the Parthenon .
On the streets around the Acropolis I met many Indian tourists. Like this couple of Doctors who came for a vacation listening to the advice of one of their compatriots who visited Greece last year and was excited. They just returned from Santorini. Surveys from Indian travel agencies show that Indians coming to vacation in Greece have recently risen by 20%.
